Destination

I wish I could give Destination 4 stars, because it is one of my go to shops when I need something unique, and I always leave with one, two, maybe four things that I love. However, the services here has never been pleasurable or even remotely friendly, therefore I must give it only three stars.
The selection at Destination always feels one-​of-​a-​kind. Known for its uniqueness I’ve never seen anyone else out-​and-​about with the same thing I’m wearing. Plus, I always get endless compliments on my purchases. I even schedule their shoe sale into my blackberry. It’s the perfect place to spend your money on those show stopping conversation pieces in your wardrobe.
Destination: Spend the money and save the shoes from the mean people who work here. They will thank you later!

Apparently these stores are a chain in Japan, and there are many many outlets. Here in New York they are a boutique in the west village, a clothing store for women mostly, but with some other items.
I went here because they also have a makeshift gallery in the back which was hosting a show for Yoko Furusho (
) Needless to say from her über cute illustrations and phenomenal talent, I had an awesome time. Met a lot of great people, and the artist herself.
