Denisimo Photography

I have had a very similar experience to the previous review. Before and during the wedding everything went smooth. He is a talented photographer and takes great pictures (they are a dime a dozen).
However after the wedding was a different story. He knows he has his money (or most of it, because you need to pay for part of the albums upfront), there is no incentive for him to return calls, return emails or even meet with you. It is very, very frustrating. He becomes a ghost.
When selecting vendors for your wedding, the photographer is really the only vendor that you have communication with after the wedding. Everything/​everyone else you are done with. Looking back on it, we would have rather selected a photographer who is invested in our overall experience, not just the money. He is very smooth during the signing, oh I will sit with you with your albums, I will return your calls, etc., however this has not been the case. I would not use him again and wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

So— after 2 years and 3 months, and MUCH back and forth. I have received my final album. It is STUNNING. So, this is kind of an odd review but our experience with Denisimo around the wedding and during the wedding was amazing. He dropped the ball and would not return our calls, etc… for over a year and a half. But after ALL that huge lack of communication and persistence on MY part, the end result is indeed AMAZING.
He is truly a gifted artist. But i think he needs someone to manage the business side to keep up with his fabulousness and artistry.
i however still cannot give him my initial 5 stars. So— it is stuck at 3. right in the middle. It should have taken months to finish stuff, i understand how weddings go… But 2 years and 3 months?
So in the end— Despite the HUGE gap, terrible communication, etc… The finished product IS indeed amazing.
