Just in case anyone misunderstood and thought this was a CAFE that served coffee… IT’S NOT. It’s a corporate office of a coffee company. The idiot that started this thread must be a Demarco employee that was trying to get the company publicity. DON’T GOHERE.

Their coffee is abysmal and inconsistent in flavor. Their customer service and sales team is terrible. I spoke to this dude tony who had nothing but attitude pouring from the phone. A buddy of mine told me their service department will over bill for parts. Heads up. They’re more concerned about the $ 1 in their pocket versus proper customer satisfaction.

I had Demarco Coffee turn my DOA Espressimo 1750 into a fine tuned espresso machine. They owner’s and staff members were really helpful and made me feel good to fix this clunky beast. If you have an espresso machine in need of repair then do yourself a favor and give them a call. They have a robust roasting business and killer roasting machines.

I was lucky enough to be in Midtown the day Demarco coffee opened their doors to their brand spanking new café. They were giving free coffee away! Guess what? I love coffee! And I love FREE coffee even MORE! The sky was the limit, so I ordered my favorite – a dry cappuccino with soy milk(milk isn’t always my friend, friends.) The espresso was definitely very tasty, but the drink I got was more of a latte with little foam and a lot of milk, so I would love if the baristas there were a bit more educated and skilled.(I am a former barista and am admittedly a barita’s worst nightmare since I have exceedingly high standards about how my coffee is prepared.) However, it was FREE, so I can’t really argue with that. All of the staff there were very helpful and smiley, so I’m sure I could have asked for another drink if I really wanted to be a brat.(Which I didn’t.) The pastries in the case looked to die for. I asked about them, and all I could find out is that they’re from«their own» bakery. There was a nice area for seating, and the overall vibe was that this place is a bit classier than Starbucks. If you’re in the neighborhood, give this place a try!
