I am very surprised by some of these negative reviews. I had a very good experience going into the store on 5th Ave and buying a new Samsung Series 9 laptop from Data Vision.
I was a pretty tough customer — being very specific about the specs i wanted and the manager, Sam, went out of his way to make sure i got what i wanted. I definitely plan to return, and i recommend them.
They price was competitive with internet pricing and when i had a small issue, the service department treated me like a VIP.
I say check ‘em out.

This is the worst place to shop they took for ever to help me out a the store. Then the man that help me an ass about it all. It was the worst shopping exprince. Plus he has not idea what he was talking about I ask for USB and he kept trying to sell me Firewire

My experience is based on their online shop and phone customer service.
I tried to buy some earphones on their online store. The transaction didn’t go through — the payment page just hung for a minute or two. I emailed them that evening to check the status of the order. By midday the next day, no reply. I phoned their customer service, was put on hold for two minutes, and then they hung up.
I guess if you know what you want and it’s cheaper here than anywhere else, go for it. But just hope you don’t have to return anything or deal with their staff.
