They manage a bldg at 2050 Frederick Douglass Blvd which has a parking lot behind with constant partying and noise problems.

Live in one of their buildings for 4 months now. Move in was a three-ring circus «oh, you want to move in? Only on Mondays/Wednesdays from 10AM-12PM and then 1pm-3pm». The property manager NEVER responds to emails or phone calls; doormen don’t let delivery guys up — even if you give permission. No air-condition, heat, cable, etc. Hallways look like they haven’t been renovated since 1980 and the elevators rarely work.
They tend to deposit rent checks arbitrarily 2 – 3 weeks after sending them in. For what you’re paying to be in the building — go get a luxury 1 bedroom in another building.
