i went for a gel mani. everything was going great until she went to «seal the gel» around the edges of my nail and the tip. except she didnt evenly apply the nail polish to the whole nail! so now i have uneven polish and when i told her ASSHEWASDOINGTHIS to NOTDOIT… she told me «no, it will be ok» so i said ok… as i was drying i saw that i was NOTOK! and i didnt like the uneveness of the polish. and i didnt like it. i asked for her to take it off and she started to say«what uneven? i dont see» I DONTCAREIFYOUDONTSEEIT! I SEEIT! AS A CUSTOMER I DONTEXPECTTOGETTOLDOTHERWISE! and then she wouldnt stop talking about it. i shouldnt have paid for the shitty job. and i def shouldnt have tip’d her but how could i not when she is standing over me as i am signing the credit card. the mani would have been great if she just listened to me when i asked her to stop with the uneven application of polish. also… i will obviously never go back but i should have listened to my gut and had her take if off. not worth the $$ for a gel mani that was done in 20 minutes!

This place continues to go down hill as there is always turn over in management. But this is the worse shape it is been in since I’ve been going in the last 4 years. The service is horrible. Literally as you walk-in the 1st thing the woman yells is «pick your color». She did a poor job on the acrylic refill where the the right middle finger is shorter than the left. It is an oppressive mood in the salon with the woman that runs the store.

Not the cleanest place ever. Dropped the cuticle pusher on the floor and picked it up and continued using it. I’m not a germ a phob though, hope I don’t get a fungus. Also she talked on her phone while doing my pedicure. A lot of gel color options though

I love this place! Have gone many times on my lunch hour, which is the best time to go because the ladies actually take their time. If I go at this time, my manicures last a week, which is amazing. Otherwise, there’s too much of a rush after work. Amazing deal for mani/pedi and/or massage!

Came in at 10:30a for a polish change and under the nail dryer by 10:45a. Got an unexpected heavy handed massage that cost me .50 extra buttarah I kinda liked it! Nobody here. Pretty clean and tons of chairs.

HORRIBLE service!!! They rush you, cut my finger and looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. I could have done a better job myself. Do not go here!

Just okay. Over priced. The massage does not exist here. You have to pay extra for it. I paid $ 53 for a gel mani and regular pedi with zero frills and no massage. Just an okay job. Will not visit again.

Worst nail place I have ever been to. I paid $ 60 for a gel. By that night the nail polish was getting bubbly and peeling. Went back they«fixed» it. 3 days later it started peeing off again. Went back and they gave me an attitude and wanted to charge me for them to fix it. AREYOUKIDDINGME ???

The nail salon is spacious and the workers are friendly and do a very thorough and professional job. I visited for the first time this evening for a gel manicure and it was the best gel manicure I have had in a long time. The price is $ 30 for a gel manicure. They also have a combo mani pedi service for $ 25. Frequent customers will get a free manicure or brow wax after ten visits. The nail salon is around the block from my office and due to it’s convenient location and very professional service I will certainly be coming back more often.

This nail salon is conveniently located across from my office and getting my nails done is the perfect reason to take a lunch break. Getting pedicures in Manhattan are a lot more expensive than Queens so I only get a basic manicure($ 9) or a gel manicure($ 25) at this salon. They also offer $ 25 mani/pedis here. You can’t put the tip on your credit card so I recommend carrying some extra cash on you in order to tip.

No No NO. Cutie cle, my gel nail polish fell off on one finger 2 days later. So I went back in an attempt to fix it they put on a fake nail, when all of my other nails are natural, and then put gel on top of the fake nail. Funny they couldn’t find the polish that matched, so they tried to convince me I must be color blind and it matched. It did not, and it looked like I had a claw. Yeah all in all I would advise do not go.

If you want to come in for a quality fast cheap mani pedi– this is the place to go. $ 25 for mani pedi all week long. Not just mon-wed like most places. The price obviously makes this place popular so they are busy at times. But even when I had to wait I never felt neglected and you can tell everyone was working hard and fast while trying to maintain quality. It’s not like the most relaxing soothing experience but I wanted to get in and get out. Came in at 400 they put me in a spa chair bc they were busy till 415 then I told the lady I had to be out by 5 and she made it happen and my nails look great.

I picked this place based on the few reviews it had. I got a gel French manicure and wish I hadn’t. All of the lines on my nails are completely crooked, and she had me dry my nails one by one. The whole process seemed abnormal to me. On the bright side the price was awesome for a French gel! I think I would have been very happy with a solid color, and they had a ton of choices.

I got a flyer in the mail for this nail salon opening up near my house. I went this morning(they open at 8:30 m-f which is awesome) and got a $ 25 mani-pedi(available every day!). This place is a little nicer than your standard asian nail salon, there’s a lot of mani and pedi chairs available and the inside is really clean. There’s a lot of people on staff too. They did not use new files for me, and I didn’t see any tools come out of a sanitizer, just the drawer. They take credit cards, but do not allow you to tip at all on the credit cards, so be aware. I didn’t see an ATM in the store or nearby, though I’m sure you could find one on 6th avenue somewhere. My pedicure was good and the woman spent a lot of time scrubbing my feet, but spent maybe 1 minute rubbing my feet and legs, which was a disappointment. My toes look great, but my manicure doesn’t. The cuticles looks awesome, but the polish is streaky/clumpy and I can see my nail underneath. However, I believe it was a new bottle(which I know can cause this to happen). I mean, the polish looks ok on some nails, and from far away, but overall, it’s not a wonderful mani. I was also offered a massage and callus removal(which I don’t have) as extra add-ons. I declined both when she told me it was not included in the price. I got a short, but good shoulder massage while my nails were drying, which was nice. They have only Essie colors for regular manis. I will go back, but will be sure to ask for 3 coats or be sure not to get a brand new bottle.
