Catherine is amazing! She has an eye for color and detail and a commitment and passion for her work… she is dedicated to giving her clients the very best. Catherine is courteous, prompt, professional not to mention beautiful and very experienced, she makes you feel at ease and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. She made beautiful and absolutely undetectable clip on extensions for me… I wanted something I could take in and out but I have seen her permanent extensions on other clients and they are gorgeous. It took her a while to convince me to have a Keratin treatment on my hair and now all I can say is I wish I hadn’t waited so long. I am so thrilled with how healthy my hair feels and how my prep time has been reduced to about ¹⁄₃ of what it used to be! Catherine did an amazing job… I feel very fortune to have found her and I am sure you will feel the same way!

Catherine has done my hair extensions for a year and a half. Here are the reasons why I would not go to anyone else:
1) She uses undyed, beautiful human hair from Europe.
2) Her method does not damage my own hair. In fact, with my extensions, I use less hot tools and wash my hair less frequently, which has helped my own hair to grow and strengthen considerably.
3) When I run into people who I have previously told that I have extensions, they say, «You’re hair has gotten so long!» When I remind them that I have extensions, they say, «Oh, that’s right, you told me that. Whoever did it matched your hair color exactly.» (Indeed.)
4) If I’ve known someone for a while and then reveal that I have extensions, they are shocked and often don’t believe me.
5) Catherine has a chair at the very small Uliana Hair Studio (although to reach Catherine, contact her directly, rather than the studio) and the conversation between Uliana and her clients is always entertaining.
Thanks to Catherine’s exceptional work and product, I have the long, beautiful hair I’ve always wanted, and my own hair is stronger and growing fast.

I have been going to Catherine for almost 4 years for extensions. First, Catherine is great getting appointments with and works with your schedule and she is always on time. I don’t think I have ever waited for her. Now for the hair, I am particular and don’t have the easiest hair to work with (lots of damage, uneven layers, etc). Catherine is very patient and just knows what I want. I have never left the salon disappointed. I don’t use her for color (do myself), but have seen some of the girls she has colored — all look great and natural. Catherine is very talented, plus always nice to chit chat with (helps when sitting for 3 hours). Hope she never leaves NYC while I am still living here :)

It looks so natural. Catherine is also a great person, always on time, great to talk to, and extremely nice. If there is ever a problem she is there for you immediately. She is a very talented individual and I highly recommend her to anyone!
