I had a terrible experience with this company. After i paid $ 69 for a 4 hour livingsocial deal, they informed me that the deal did not include the kitchen fridge, oven, cabinets, and other major items that were the reason i needed professional cleaning help. I tried to clarify that this was not indicated anywhere in the deal and they responded in a rather offensive, unprofessional and rude manner. The worst was that when i had left for a few minutes and i came back the cleaning person was gone after only 3 hours of cleaning, without any further notice and without checking with me. The person was kind and helpful but the woman who apparently is the owner or manager was rather monstrous so she must have ordered him to leave. Terrible company and customer service. Stay away from it.

I have had the hardest time dealing with Crystal Clear Janitorial & Cleaning. After buying the groupon, I followed all the fine print and emailed the company. It took several tries to get a response, but I finally got one. I gave the company a couple of days I was free to schedule my appointment. I was a little disappointed that they only offer home cleaning during working hours during the week. However, I was determined to make it work! I requested an appointment this past Tuesday. It, of course, took a couple of more emails to get a confirmation. I took off work on Tuesday, so that I could be home when the cleaning service showed up. Alas, on Tuesday I get an email from the company that they had to cancel on me. I responded with my disappointment, but asked for them to schedule a new time. I have still not heard back from them. It really shouldn’t be this hard. I’m not a review writer — but man people should know to STAY AWAY!
