Nice staff who takes in donations. All volunteers. Looks like good quality clothing for sale. Love that I can support a Jewish charity.

This is strictly a review for the workers, as I only donate at this store(mostly jewelry, every year around this time [many years ago I bought a lot of jewelry and I’ve hardly worn most of it, so I look through it once/year with a realistic mindset] and today I made my annual pilgrimage). The woman working at the counter — who was very friendly, as has been true of everyone I’ve ever encountered there over the years — was looking at some of the jewelry I donated and she was exclaiming about it, so you might want to go there and buy some of my(former) jewelry. :) A very sweet-natured man works there and the two of them had a humorous conversation with me(note that he’s one of the very few paid staff, as most of the others are volunteers). I’m a long-time member of the NCJW and it’s a wonderful(non-profit) organization.

I suggest that if you intend to make a donation you call first. They don’t take donations on Mondays, and at other random times. I don’t think they understand how annoying it is to be told to take stuff out after loading it into a car. They are a worthy organization, sure, but they are not the only game in town and to bring in a lot of antique stuff and be told to haul it away, rudely, is not wise.

Very small thrift store in comparison to other shoppes in the area but still has it’s moments when it comes to finding some great antiques. The place is small and primarily stocks clothing but if you take a quick right as you walk in you’ll find a cute section of housewares. Worth a short trip if you’re in the area!

Absolutely fabulous. It was Completely unbelievable. It was like raiding through the hamper of an ultra chic upper east side socialite. The one thing that completely shocked me were the prices. I got both a good as new oscar de la renta sweater and a beautiful chiffon Yves Saint Laurent scarf for a total of 25 $ dollars. I was literally gagging. The staff were very friendly, they were not pretentious, and were willing to make bargains. I was surprised at how down to earth they were, because of all the high fashion garments that were hanging around in the store. Absolutely Fabulous. I strongly recommend

I came in on a Saturday afternoon. The store was filled with people looking for deals. All abrupt the staff announced that we’re closing. They weren’t even close to closing time. I was in the dressing room & the lights went out. They rushed all of us out of the store. Clothes were expensive for used clothing.

everything is wack expensive, but they have amazing, erudite books for a dollar or two. ‘if it’s good enough for saddam, it’s good enough for me’.

A little pricey for a thrift shop, but they have a nice selection and the occasional bargain. I picked up a very nice krups espresso machine there for $ 17.
