I completely disagree with the other review… i called and got quotes from three other companies to have a new AC unit put in my home and recently called them again to fix the heat in my restaurant. I went with CoolWorks because they were the cheapest. I am very happy with the job they did and the workers who came were very polite and even covered their shoes to avoid dirtying the floors in my home. Will be calling again in the future if I need heating or cooling service again.

The owner of Cool Works is not very professional and over-​charges for their services. The workers are inefficient given the rates they charge. I am a new homeowner, and paid several hundreds for a service which I later found out could have been done at a fraction of the price with several other companies. You won’t get the bang for your buck with this company. Look elsewhere for your basic heating and air conditioning needs. They have a cool name, and that’s pretty much it.
