This is unfortunately one of those places with a very shortsighted business model. They think that by making it difficult for you to get your prescription information, it would keep customers coming back. You’re absolutely wrong. I’ve been a regularly customer for quite a few years, but one experience of how hard it is to get your prescription information is enough for me to never come back here again. I hope you, Confucius Plaza Optical, can make changes to the way you operate, for your own sake.

I will NOT be back. Came here to get vision check and new contacts. When I came to pick up my contacts, I ask for a copy of my Rx prescription. The owner would not give it to me, instead he wrote it on a piece of scrap paper. He told me that I would need to pay another $ 90 just to get an official Rx prescription. Meanwhile, I already paid $ 90 for my co-​pay + out of pocket expense for 6 months worth of contacts. Basically preventing me from buying my contacts from anywhere else. They just lost me as a customer!

Wonderful experience, the staff was very helpful and friendly! One of the best experiences I’ve had and I’ve been wearing glasses for 15 years. Highly recommend them!

I called here since I am calling around comparing prices just for a contact lens exam. First of all, someone answered and I had to ask if this was Confucius Plaza Optical, then proceeded to ask what they charge for a contact lens exam and the lady rudely said they do not speak about details over the phone and that I needed to go in.
If their customer service is like that just via phone, I can’t imagine how horrid it is in person. Just because of that, even if they were the cheapest I wouldn’t even consider going here.

I wish I went to them in the first place. I got a pair of ill fitting glasses from another place. Finally I decided to go back to my old frame.
And most optical stores wouldn’t help me out but Confucius Plaza Optical was so super helpful and they did an awesome job. They were also very, very affordable.

I recently got prescription eyeglasses at Confucius Plaza optical and had a great experience. I went at the advice of a friend and went in without an appointment and was seen right away. They did the eye exam and within minutes I was picking out frames.
As long as you buy your frames there the eye exam is free. I thought the service was great and the price was better than anywhere in town.

Good prices. When comparison shopping, I can usually get the same frames here cheaper than any where else in the city that I have found.
