DONOTGOTOTHEM! I had a broken LCD& right hinge(back part of the laptop) & was convinced to have it taken there. When the LCD just broke, I turned the laptop on several times, just to make sure it was only the hardware problem. It turned on fine, as in Windows loaded with all the standard sounds & although the LCD was broken, I could see the light blue screen that the startup prompts to. After more than a WEEK of not calling(like they said they would) my dad called them and asked them what the problem was. They said they«looked» for the hinge everywhere but could not find it!(I googled it & immediately found several websites that offer it for cheap!!) But I needed the laptop by then, so I just wanted to have it back already and agreed to just take back the laptop with the hinge sticking out, as long as the LCD screen was fixed. My dad went to pick it up & the worker handed him back my laptop WITHOUT the plastic front cover. Aloof, he acted like it’s okay… then said he’d keep it at the store one more day to screw the plastic part on… WHYWOULDYOUTELLTHECUSTOMERTOCOMEPICKITUPANDTHENGIVETHEPRODUCTIN A COMPLETELYUNPRESENTABLESTATE? But that wasn’t it. When he tried to turn it on at the store… see, Windows miraculously crashed. So they installed the LCD screen & then don’t check if it works until the customer is at the store? complete FAILURE… I would have rather overpaid than gone through months of this nonsense with these idiots.
