Referred to Complete Care for an EMG. Upon entering, none of the staff greeted me and when i tried to sign in staff just said take a seat. Waiting room was filled w/folks who were on workman’s comp. Dr. Hauskenecht was a man of few words and his bedside manner was a bit gruff. After meeting with him briefly and explaining my reason for visit, he did a few reflex checks then i was put in another room where one of his staff conducts the actual EMG. No gown was given, so sitting their half dressed while some guy does this test, which was most uncomfortable. Then, when you think the worst is over, you are left to wait there till Dr. Hauskencht returns and carries out second part of the EMG where he basically takes a accupuncture needle and starts jabbing you with needle to the point of bleeding. All this to determine that nerves are working properly. While tests were uncomfortable, what is lacking here is simple communication and caring. Felt like a piece of cattle being processed. Lastly, results not sent to doctor I requested from front desk.
