This is one of the cleanest rest areas you will ever see. It’s very well maintained. It also has an excellent selection of travel brochures and magazines for upstate New York. Sadly, it ends there. This rest area is not staffed beyond a maintenance crew. Your only food option is a few vending machines. If you want a hot meal, consider getting off at Exit 9 about a mile earlier and looking for someplace in Clifton Park.
