Came in here and got a key cut in seconds. Cheap too. Dan, the guy behind the counter, was extremely friendly.

Friendly helpful and fast is the staff in here. Dan is the man if you ever need anything to do with welding then this is your place.

Came in here and we had four keys copied for ~$ 7. We were in and out in five minutes. Will return for all my key related needs.

Super easy and quick place to get a document notarized. 1 minute and $ 2 is all it took. Good option if you don’t want to wait in line at a bank or UPS store.

Fabulous store — staff was super knowledgeable and helpful! I know nothing about hardware, and they were friendly and patient. Helped me get exactly what I need, and they offer metal cutting services (which Home Depot down the street did not, and refused to refer me to anywhere that did). They helped me find a solution to a bedframe piece I needed to replicate, and made sure I walked away with the right hardware. Would absolutely recommend — great experience!

This is my favorite hardware store to visit. Considering there’s a Home Depot a few blocks up, that’s quite the statement to make. This small neighborhood hardware store is a hidden jewel. When you walk in, you’re always greeted by someone at the cash register. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t find what you’re looking for, there’s so much more to this store than it seems! Ask someone who works there! They’re awesome! Their prices are reasonable, their key making services are above par, and their customer service is all around outstanding. I won’t go anywhere else to have my keys made if I’m in the area.
Also linger around the back where they make the keys if you want to listen to some killer drum n bass tunes. The guy who works back there is a dnb fan. Always a plus!

Went to J&M not knowing what to expect and they were great. The staff was friendly and very helpful and they did not only carry hardware. This is now my new go to store.
