Poor customer service. As it was mentioned on my Rx, every 11^th I have to pick up the prescription. They do not call to inform you if your Rx is ready or not. When I called on 11^th and requested, they told me that I can pick it up in 20 minutes. I called them back to let them know that I will be out of town and come back after 15^th. They said it is ok. Then I came back on 15^th, they forgot about my medication. I called several times and left a voice mail. I came on 29^th (more than 2 weeks after), they gave me an attitude and gave me my meds. Then, I called this month around 15-​ish, they said to come back in couple of days. I came today, 24^th, they gave me an attitude that I have to call them in advance. I am very disappointed. Poor customer service as well as pharmacist attitude.
PS. Forest Hills pharmacies always call you and inform you. I think I will come back to pharmacies in Queens.

What a pleasure to go to a pharmacy where you always have the same pharmacist.
It means personal attention. I wanted something special yesterday & Steve ordered it in front of my eyes. I have been a regular for over 20 years. Good prices too.

Great neighborhood pharmacy! I discovered Claremont Chemists after countless disappointing visits to the Duane Reade directly across the street. The head pharmacist at CC makes himself very accessible to the customers – he’s knowledgable communicative and kind. Because of my great experience here I feel like I have no need to return to the big chain pharmacies.

Fast and friendly service, usually have medicines in stock and will go the extra distance for you. Why would I go to CVS or Rite-​Aide?

Promptly fill my prescriptions and usually have them in stock even when local duane reades/​rite aids are out, and usually in under sub 15 minutes.
