Comfortable, small, low lit bar and really liked it! Visited here for pre-​game of some whiskey on the rocks. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the bar tender was really nice. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Great neighborhood low key bar. My goodness, I guess I am getting old.
I came in here a few weeks ago to meet up with some writer/​illustrator friends and the place is not too loud, so we could enjoy a chat and have something to sip on.
The place wasn’t packed on a «school night» and the vibe was friendly and cozy. Kind of like the Cheers bar, but LES hipster style. If I came in here more often, I am sure it will be a bar «where everybody knows your name…» la la la…
Lately, I’ve been more into places where I can hide from the «scene and be scene» crowd because I just need a break from the urban jungle. This place hit the spot for me.
I’ll definitely be back to sip and chat soon again.

I came here on a whim for my birthday with my group. They were very accommodating to our large crowd.
The drinks were pour well and the bartenders were friendly. Ambiance was very cozy and intimate.
Music was old school. And just so everyone can have a laugh, I tried to request Taylor swift and was denied because it wasn’t their style. Total respect because their style really wasn’t Taylor swift. They did put on old school jay z for me.
Will definitely be back! Even if it’s to see if I can get them to play T Swift

Un bar sympa mais un peu bruyant ou nous avons été un peu par hasard en attendant que notre table au resto voisin se libère. Bonne découverte: l’ambiance était animée mais détendue, la déco simple (grosses tables en bois ou nous avons vite eu de la place pour 4, lumière tamisée) parfait pour prendre un verre entre amis dans un cadre décontracté. la carte des vins et bières est courte et simple et le cocktail du jour avait l’air pas mal du tout. Seul petit bémol, la musique était un peu forte et nous avons eu du mal a nous entendre, mais ça né nous a pas empêché de passer un bon moment.

One of the most relaxing and quiet bars in the city. The beer and wine menu isn’t huge, but is decent. Doesn’t get too crowded and the patrons are pretty calm, so a nice break from the normal grind. Staff is very nice though the clientele is a bit weird. The bathroom is like using an Amtrak bathroom in 1924.

Went here with friends on a chilly Saturday night. This is the perfect kind of bar to hang out with friends at, just not the best place to meet new people at. On the other hand, all the bartenders were really nice, a friend got a free shot, and the reasonably priced drinks were mixed so that they *tasted good* and were not particularly weak or strong.
Overall, I would come here again because it makes me feel like I get more class for the money I actually spend, and I look forward to taking a date here. Also it wasn’t super crowded and we could actually get a table, which is great! I’m definitely looking forward to coming back when I’m in the area!

Bar is okay. Small venue, but lots of seats. Bar seats and table seating located in the front and back of the venue. Also, a bar table w/​o seats opposite the bar. Local artwork on display. Dimly lit space. 2 bathrooms located in the back, one marked ‘large bathroom’ which I used.
I ordered the Pimm’s Cup. I forgot what my friend ordered (a drink twds bottom of the cocktail menu). Both were okay. Maybe it’s the recipe or the bartender or both. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Plus, it’s out of my way.

Really cool and classy neighborhood bar, period. Bartenders know their spirits, or if liquor isn’t your game, they have a nice wine list as well. Crowd seems like mostly locals, which is great. I know I probably wouldn’t make the trek from e. vil just to go here unless someone invited me (which they did of course :-)) It also doesn’t get manhattan-​crowded even on a Friday night.

Cutest wine bar ever if you live in the hood. Nestled in the middle of Chinatown/​SoDe. The bartenders are awesome. The west side cocktail is delicious with cucumber. A few of those and you’re good. I believe they’re $ 9 each which is a steal in NYC and after 3 drinks you get one free.
You won’t be disappointed!
