Bait and switch operation. Buyer beware. I bought a $ 19.00 Groupon for an area rug cleaning and they refused to honor that price. They said they wouldn’t clean unless I paid an additional $ 60.00 for a «pre-​spray.» They said to read the fine print. I did and it’s not there. Anyhow if you need to bury hidden costs in the fine print. Something’s up!
