Christopher helped us get our apartment midtown. We were hunting for an apartment while doing a cross country move and only had a few days to find something and so were very stressed throughout the process.
Christopher was very friendly, professional, and flexible. He was very up front about which properties we were going to see and what the fees would be. His broker fee is much more reasonable than other brokers. He was also helpful in negotiating with our condo building. He spent over 10 hours taking us to various condos in the city. At the end of the day, he didn’t pressure us at all to sign with building. Ultimately, with his help, we got a great apartment at a great price. I would definitely recommend his services.
FWIW — We also tried working with other brokers but they were generally «slimey» and very secretive about what properties they were going to show us and started applying a lot of pressure. It was a total waste of time. Next time, we would just go with Christopher!
