I lovee the sweet potato pizza, but the chicken isn’t as great. Would come back just for the pizza!

I’ve been coming to this hole in the wall place for years now. Always delicious chicken with complimentary ‘fake’ Cole Slaw hit the spot. I usually get half Spicy BBQ, half Regular + Pitcher(only $ 32) They always have kpop music videos playing and all the workers are usually busy watching TV when the teenager girls start dancing but they try to help you. Not the best service for sure. Pizza and other things were not so great from my experiences but they do serve Korean style pizza as well

Maybe the unhealthiest place on Northern Boulevard. Chicken, pizza, fries, soda, beer. That being said, if you’re using a cheat day on one meal, this one isn’t a bad place to have it. The chicken is your average Korean fried chicken, with a regular version and a version drenched in sauce. The pizza is okay too, but try not to veer too far with the toppings, some of them are just odd. I think Coors Light is the only beer they have on tap. The prices are honestly kind of ridiculous for what you get, it’s something like $ 50 bucks for chicken, pizza, and beer. There’s also only one person usually taking orders, so expect some slow service. There’s one TV in the joint, and it’s pretty much always on some K-pop show so if you love that, come right in. Great for a late night, post-drunken haze food run. Otherwise, so many better options in the area(looking at you, Pizza Maru!)

Pizza and Korean fried chicken seems like a genius idea right? Pizza and buffalo wings is such a classic that it makes you wonder why other Korean spots haven’t tried this combo yet with their specialty chicken. I went to Cheogajip after seeing a friend post mouthwatering pictures of his sweet potato pizza and 2 types of fried chicken. Rookie mistake on my part because I went to the restaurant without asking for his input. The result? Extreme disappointment as both the pizza and the sweet and spicy Yang-nyum chicken, the fried chicken, and the pizza in the #11 combo(also comes with a liter of soda) was just eh. Quality over quantity.

Ever tried Korean pizza? No? Well this place has it. The caveat is that it’s not that great. The toppings are pretty interesting so they’ve got that going for it… But so does Krave It so… I recommend the sweet potato pizza. It’s best if you eat it at the location because the cheese they use isn’t that great and solidifies pretty quickly. As for the chicken… ehhhhhhh… It’s whole chicken cut up into pieces(I prefer wings) and they won’t really fry it all that crispy(when you order the sweet and spicy flavors). I PERSONALLY find that it tastes a lot better if you order the fried chicken and then ask for the sauce on the side. However, they charge extra for that which I extremely dislike. There are better places for chicken and better places for pizza than cheogajip. So why do people still come here? It’s, sadly, the best place to go if you want both pizza and chicken. Lack of chicken and pizza love makes me sad… Just… sad.

This late night place is great if you are craving chicken and pizza. Don’t expect true Italian quality pizza though, these pizzas are thin and mimic Korean style pizza so they tend to run slightly on the sweeter side. They have combo/set options if you come in parties or are particularly hungry with your date. The interior runs on the darker side and they have TVs, but I haven’t seen anything play other than k-pop music channels. If you’re ordering pickup I would highly recommend calling in ahead of time first because they usually require about ~30−45 minutes to have your order ready.

I used to order chickens at night. They were very kind and nice by phone call but now, they don’t ask me if I want to get delivered or to-go and just hang up without asking after they receive the order menu. Also, delivery is way too long. Sometimes, I received wrong one that I didn’t complain. It’s annoying me sometime.

i used to be a loyal customer and used to go here like all the time. didn’t go for a while and recently ordered from them and it tastes like shit. there are no fat in the chicken and the pizza seems like it came out of a frozen package. doesn’t taste fresh anymore. and the workers are mad rude. not coming back here for a while!

This place IMPROVED. I used to to go here once in a while for chicken and pizza, but ever since BBQ chicken opened I never really went back here. But, today I ordered the fried and sauced fried chicken, and sweet potato pizza. It tasted soo good. Definitely improved for sure.

Pizza is good for me. I like they put pineapple inside the sweet potato pizza. Feel fresh but the environment is ok. The pizza was a bit pricy for the restaurant quality. Maybe free with one or two soda will be more attractive! Anyway, it’s 3 stars because they didn’t turn on the air conditioner on this hot weather, I’m sweating eating pizza. However, pizza was tasty.

The place isn’t nicely decorated, but it’s okay and the service was pretty good. My friends and I got the combination: a pizza of your choice, half chicken regular & spicy, and 3 cans of soda for $ 42.00. It also comes with a small bowl of sour radish and a plate of fries. The chicken pieces were huge because it’s half of a chicken! But honestly I prefer chicken wings better. The regular one taste all right and the spicy one was pretty good, didn’t really have the spicy taste. The fries look very nicely fried and the inside is very soft. We got the bulgogi(beef) pizza and it was good! Definitely recommend it. However I feel like they didn’t give us much topping, especially on the beef. I don’t know is it because of the combination that’s why it’s less or is it less in general.

The service was reallllllly bad ! They didnt even bring out the salads ! Does it really take 40 minutes to squeeze tomato ketchup and mayo?! Not only that, the chicken must have been there for a while. Because the chicken was so dried ! Ugh.

I love this place. They consistently have great fried chicken. I personally like the fried chicken with the spicy sauce on the side. This keeps the skin crispy when you eat it. The one already dipped in the sauce when the serve to you can be a bit soggy sometimes. But still good. Their chicken is very different from mad for chicken but it’s different in a very good way. Their sauce is very savory, flavorful, sweet and spicy all at the same time I’ve also tried their sweet potato pizza which sounds awfully weird but very good. Definitely want to try other kind of pizza they have next time Service is always quick and friendly. And they offer delivery too. And our food always arrive hot and fresh when they deliver. There’s not much ambiance at the restaurant. Quiet ghetto. But hey, food is good so who cares.

I come here regularly throughout the year and am never disappointed. Their service and food remain consistent and I cannot lodge any complaints. Their food is mainly fried chicken and Korean style pizza. Between the plain fried chicken and the sauced fried chicken I would recommend the sauced. The most popular pizzas are sweet potato and bulgogi. The sweet potato pizza pie is actually ham, pineapple, AND sweet potato chunks. It tastes very different from traditional pizza but something worth trying. There is no tomato sauce, instead it’s more of a creamy and cheesy bite. Overall there isn’t much variety on the menu so if you’re not in the mood for chicken or Korean pizza there isn’t much of a reason to eat here. But when I am craving chicken with pizza, this is my go to spot.

Popped it on a friday night with my friend to catch up & grab a drink. We ordered ½ a chicken because my friend already have ate something. Lets keep it short. food: chicken was ok. Nothing special I wanted sauced chicken? I guess and my friend wanted regular and we couldn’t decide so we asked if we could get half with sauce and half reguLar but they said no because we are only getting ½ of a chicken but they did offer sauce on the side which was $ 2. Not really worth it. Service: AMAZINGGGG I LOVEDIT. I loved the worker there super sweet & super kind! VERYVERY good service. YAY to free beers!

I came here with 6 other friends and ordered their pizza and chicken combo which was around $ 60. It also came with a few cans of soda, fries, and salad. For 7 of us, we had plenty of food. Actually, we couldn’t even finish all the chicken despite the hardcore eaters we had. I thought their price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity they gave us. Also, their Korean fried chicken is one of the best in this neighborhood. The only problem would be that it’s not a very large store so there may not be enough seats sometimes. I recommend the sweet potato pizza. For foreigners who are unfamiliar with Korean pizza toppings, it may sound disgusting but I assure you that it’s really delicious.

Me and my boyfriend loves this place. We mostly go here when we’re near not anywhere else. Good price for dozens of food! Love their goguma pizza too so good, you can taste the pizza with the sweets on it. It might sound a bit nasty but its REALLY good!!! Please try :)

The place is small but I love coming here for their sweet potato pizza. The fried chicken is a bit plain so I enjoy the mild spicy chicken instead. The french fries are actually potato wedges but it still tasted good.
