Placed an order via Seamless at 11:35pm Sat. and received 2 text confirmations it was being prepared and would arrive by 12:15am.
12:15 passed and no food. I called the restaurant at 12:30 but no answer.
I called Seamless and they basically said I was S.O.L. since the restaurant was closed but got the order before closing time and confirmed.
Whether Chen’s or Seamless dropped the ball it’s happened too many times with other spots not to have any recourse and resolve.
Not fair to consumer who is left duped and hungry.
There should be compensation for this kind of mismanagement.

Visited here approximately 7 months ago. Food was good for a hole in the wall off the beaten path take out joint.
CLOSED Want to point out that for the last six months they have not been open. Metal door is down. No sign, no anything.
