Hi all, this is only my second Unilocal submission but I only submit when something’s wonderful. A while back, my cousin and his fiancé decided to get married so naturally the family had to pull together at the last minute. I was in charge of desserts. Again, last minute and budgets were tight. Chef Cutie Pie came through!!! She made cupcakes and we arranged on a three story tier. They looked beautiful and fabulous and didn’t melt in the 100 degree heat. We all loved them. Sorry I can’t post a pic as when I went to go get a napkin, the DAMN CUPCAKES WERE GONE. No, seriously, they were all gone. I was able to snatch one from my sister who had two.
