This store would’ve gotten the 5 stars had they had an attendant that would interact more with their customers rather than her phone. It was quite unpleasant as she rushes trough the transaction and constantly peeking at her phone. It was as if you were disturbing her. She barely spoke, and it was not at all good customer service. I do like this place though,. They have great soap products and they had great attendants before. I would love for this place to succeed as I live nearby. But at this level of customer service… I don’t see it gong far. They have great products, but they are not gong to sell themselves.

Enjoy cooking with olive oil. I do!
their selection is ridiculous sometimes it’s hard to choose.
Because of this store I have been eating a lot heather.
Staff there are very friendly and always willing to help.

The staff is so aggressive, it’s a huge turnoff. They pounce as soon as you enter which is really not necessary. The store design is nice but they’ve spoiled it with cheap, tacky window signs. I’ve only purchased the vinegar, which was a bit too sweet. We were excited that they were going to carry fresh bread but it only seems to be there sometimes and the store’s hours seem random so it’s hard to get. I also think people aren’t really interested in olive oil beauty products. Anyway, I hate to be down on a neighborhood shop and I hope they succeed but they might need to tweak their concept.

Great spot– excellent and unusual olive oils and the only place to get decent bread for miles! Happy this is in the neighborhood.
