This is the only place I would ever go for any type of body work– I am a bit reluctant to share one of NYC’s best kept secrets because I want to make sure that I can still get appts with Mike Bulger! I had an issue with my hip that 3 therapists could never fix, but after one session with Mike I felt phenomenal. His prices are reasonable and his scheduling and cancellation policy is completely flexible. His office is an oasis of calm (I nearly fall asleep every time I go there).

In May 2009, I suddenly found my knees in near constant pain. After five months of physical therapy, I was frustrated that nothing seemed to help, and I was beginning to worry that my condition might be permanent.
After 3 sessions with Mike, my pain has diminished almost completely. My knees look and feel stronger and more balanced. And I am thrilled to be returning to my regular activities without pain.
My life is back to normal, thanks to Mike!

USSI is my only place in nyc that I’d ever go to for Structural work. Practioner Mike Bulger is absolutely phenomenal and can zone in on the problem areas with unbelievable skill. If you’re considering this type of body work and have never tried it before… go here first. I did, and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
