She does not push you into feeling awkward if you do not make a purchase. She is «real .» The jewelry is of the finest quality. Truly good classic design. A very good vibe in this boutique.

I absolutely love this particular boutique. The SA was extremely patient and nice. Although it was quite odd how in practically every Cartier is if you don’t dress like you’re a million bucks they practically don’t see you. I was actually there walking around in circles in the small boutique and already knew what I wanted to purchase and I’ve been standing there after for about 10min and not a single SA asked me if I needed assistance. It all came down to the lovely doorman who asked me if I needed assistance. You know that something’s slightly wrong with the SAs when a doorman notices you need assistance. That part was a bit disappointing on their part but I’m glad at least the doorman noticed me and got me some help. Unlike the first Cartier that opened on 5th Ave they hired two doorman for looks. I had to open my own doors going in and out and they were extremely heavy. And the SAs there practically judged me from head to toe when I asked for assistance. Nonetheless that story shall be written on the 5th ave location. I got assisted by a really nice lady who gave me some nice advice on what looked better on me and what didn’t and not just cause she wanted me to pay more. I ended up saving more by taking her advice. Her name is Rita and she is a lovely SA I would recommend her if anyone ever needed help from a really friendly SA that would make your first shopping experience a lovely one. I will definitely be shopping at this location a lot more! Vibe is so much more friendlier and they aren’t judging you from head to toe on your outer appearance. If only I had made my very first Cartier purchase at this location I would’ve had so much better feel for them. Now it’s a even mix.

Needed an adjustment done. The band on my watch kept undoing itself for whatever reason. Was in the neighborhood so I figured I’d come to this location. They were nice enough to advise me to go to the 5th Ave location because they fix everything on site there. If I were to do it at this location, they’d have to ship it out and I probably wouldn’t get it back for like a month versus something that normally takes under a minute to do.

A total splurge buy! I have been eying the love ring for weeks now but wanted to try it on before buying. Good thing I did because my normal size was too big and they have to get the size I need! Dana was tremendously helpful, ask for her by name and you will not be disappointed!

This review is not for their service, but more for their outrageous service fees. I took my watch there yesterday to get what I thought was a simple battery change. When the customer service agent told me it was going to be $ 60 to change the battery I already felt that was a lot of money for a battery change. Anyway, after 20 minutes of having someone look over my watch the customer service person tells me it would cost me $ 450 to get my watch serviced!!! The battery had corroded and it affected the functioning of the watch. I was floored by the outrageous cost since it was more than 10% of what I paid for my watch and I can buy a pretty decent new watch for that price. When I bought my Cartier watch I did not expect any corrosion and what not to happen inside the watch since it was so expensive and I had held the product to a higher standard. I have paid $ 60 for watches before and the batteries lasted for years and did no damage to the watch when the battery died. On top of that I had barely worn the watch over the few years I have owned it. Anyway, this experience has taught me to seriously think twice about buying another luxury item like this. Not only are you paying a lot for the item, but you will also pay an outrageous fee to get it serviced. That was one expensive $ 450 battery change!

The customer service in this store is just amazing. I went in to get a watch serviced and was treated extremely well and ended up buying a ring. The sales person was extremely helpful and worked very hard to find a ring that would fit my finger. No doubt, their jewelry is expensive but the quality is well worth it and the customer service is great.

second stop on my ring hunt… Cartier had a larger selection of smalled engagement rings compared to Cellini which was nice but i wasn’t such a fan of their settings. i preferred Cellini’s settings they seemed more timeless and delicate. The quality of the stones in Cartier and Cellini are the same they both only stock H color or better so equal on that. my only problem with Cartier was when i was in the room with the engagement rings(the stores beautiful BTW) i couldn’t find a sales person anywhere! i went into the room with the special pieces(Woohhhoooo those are insane) and asked a security guard if he could get one for me. he radioed someone and i waited a good 5 min! no one came i had to go to the front room and ask one of those sales people but they cant leave the post. the whole thing felt a bit too corporate for me. i rather personal one on one attention and i want to feel important and i definitely did not feel important. By the time someone started helping me they were not as warm. very knowledgeable but again corporate feeling. who knows it could have been an off day. stunning merchandise though

A true class act. This store has earned it’s outstanding reputation. This location is a tiny boutique offshoot of the NY flagship store on Fifth Avenue. The selection here is much smaller as well, but they still carry a wonderful array of classic timepieces and jewelry. I highly recommend Cartier in general if you are looking to invest in an heirloom quality watch or piece of jewelry. Their merchandise may be pricey, but it’s timeless and classic — something that you will be able to appreciate for a lifetime! The service here is top notch — the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I recently brought my Tank Francaise watch here for repair(the clasp on the stainless steel bracelet had bent and was preventing the bracelet from staying closed). The gentleman who helped me fixed it in less than 2 minutes and I was good to go!
