Absolutely awful! I had an appointment with them on the 7th from 5−7pm. They called around 5:45 saying that they wouldn’t be able to make it. I called back and the secretary, Dana, said that they couldn’t come out until the 26th or 27th. I said that was ridiculous and I needed them to come sooner. She said that there was no possible way for them to do that, so I should just schedule something for the 26th or 27th. She even had the audacity to laugh when I asked for them to squeeze me in at the end of the day or in between other appointments. I asked to speak to a manager, but she said they weren’t in and she said that I could call back later. I told her, No, your manager can call me back tomorrow. I called back the office number, since she was calling me back from a different number. Lo & behold, David, the manager, answered the phone. He said that they can’t help it that their driver got a flat tire. I said I obviously understood that, but I was amazed that they couldn’t fit me in for another 3 weeks. He we quite rude and not accommodating whatsoever. He went on about how he was already fully booked so I suggested that they come one evening after the last appointment. He said that he wouldn’t do that, because he would have to pay his men overtime for that. Then I said it would take them 10 minutes to pick up the rugs and another 10 minutes to drop them off after their cleaned on another day, but he said that he would charge me extra for that. I found that absolutely absurd! All in all, these people were completely inflexible and were not willing to try to accommodate me at all! I told him that if I couldn’t be seen in the next week or so that I would take my business elsewhere, contact Living Social to get a refund, and that I would be writing reviews online about it all. His response was that he was going to «refuse my service» at this point in time so I had to call Living Social which easily refunded me my $.

I purchased a Living Social voucher for a sofa steam cleaning, the cleaning was suppose to remove dirt and spots. When the service guy arrived, almost two hours after the schedule time, he proceeded to upsell me. He said the voucher didn’t cover stain removals and I would have to pay an additional $ 109.00. I am very disappointed, that I stayed home for 4 hours for someone to try and take advantage of me.
