Overpriced. Found few apartments nearby with lower price. will be moving out.
— It was advertised as a luxury building but given the facility (no gym, no common area, etc), i think this is more to justify their above market pricing. You will find better value elsewhere.
— No apartment maintenance at night, outdated interiors, single pane window, frequent issues with elevator, toilet. our apartment is 1 BR not directly facing the street but still very noisy.
— They use a building link application which is good. but they recently blocked the function for tenant to add new interaction to the front desk. so what is this application for?
— Some of the doormen are very rude. They are rude both to us and to our guests, leaving bad impressions and embarassments. They questioned our guests as though they were intruder but frequently left the front desk with the door open… like they care about security LoL!
