Robyn is horrible to deal with. I placed an order through her and had it 2^nd day air for shipping. I gave her my credit card to charge what is need assuming that the package was insured either through me or her, well the package got stolen. I call her and explained what happen and she said that I live in a rough neighborhood and should have been there to receive the package WTF people have to work and I have no idea when the package would show up. In short she said there’s nothing she can do but to place a new order. Never again will I deal with them even if my customer request me to again. BEWARE when you deal with them especially ROBYN, VERY POOR customer service. GREAT job ROBYN for having your work place receive a one STAR.
