I just came back from my visit with Dr. Cap Lesesne in NYC. I had a facelift with him and silicone in my face removed a few years ago. My face had swelled up from the silicone placed in my face before Dr. Lesesne removed it. I looked like a pumpkin head on a small body before contacting Dr. Lesesne. He also removed some of my back fat that was appearing in bathing suits and form fitting clothing! The bulges had to go!
My husband will be his next client. He had Thermage done on his neck by a dermatologist several years ago. My husband’s neck looks worse now and he can’t wear a tie without the skin getting all bunched up.
Hats off to a true dedicated professional in the field of plastic surgery!

I have been to Dr. Lesesne for a few procedures in the last decade and would never, ever use or trust anybody else! He is the BEST doctor in New York City and beyond, hands down. I am extremely pleased with everything he’s ever done– from botox to facial surgery. I am very careful about who I let operate on me — it is my face, the only one I have! I trust him implicitly and would let him perform anything I need. I just had a procedure that went very well and am excited to schedule another one (liposuction on my legs) when I can afford it. This is a wonderful, highly-​skilled cosmetic surgeon who deserves nothing but praise, appreciation and accolades. I feel so lucky I found him long ago and tell everyone about him. He really is super-​excellent!

NO STARS. Carroll (Cap) Lesesne is the worst cosmetic surgeon — completely inept and arrogant with a «god complex». Had to get my surgery redone after going to him to fix a deviated septum (he didn’t fix it properly). I’ve heard of other patients whose surgeries he has also blotched.
What should have been a red flag is that I didn’t like his attitude after our initial consulation and after a couple of weeks, he actually called me and was pouring on the charm in order for me to go ahead with my procedure. In hindsight, I should have listened to my instincts because no respectable surgeon will ever chase you to get you as a patient (and of course, part with your money). On top of that, his operating room is less than clean.
He has the most deplorable and nasty bedside manner including openly mocking my friend who came to pick me up after my procedure (she was elderly), did not answer my questions and concerns, and bragged about his patients which supposedly included celebrities and the Spainish royal family. Yeah right. No high-​profile client would ever go to a doctor that is so indiscreet and unprofessional.
