I’ve only gone here for the books.
For $ 5 the woman at the front of the store gave me a sizeable paper bag and told me to fill it with as many books as I’d like. That was pretty awesome because they had four large, overstuffed bookcases and I walked out with almost 20 books by the end of it.
I’ve gone back at later times and she said they only do those promotions once in a while, but even so their paperbacks range from 50-​cents to $ 1 and their hard covers go for $ 1-​$ 2. They have good titles too, so it’s not like you’re reading some weird shit that some guy down the block wrote at 2 in the morning.
I’ve only looked through their clothes briefly and promtly walked away after sensing a pattern of burp stains and deeply-​embedded crud.
Books = yay
Everything else = nay

first with the bad… A lot of junk, torn/​stained clothing, you just itch being in this place… make sure to wash everything.
The GOOD… $ most clothing between $ 1-​$ 2 designer mens shirts are $ 2-​$ 10. Good deals got some nice ties for $ 1 each!
I put my ties in the drier on high heat for 10 minutes to kill anything that might have been living in it, this place is pretty grimy.
