agree with reviewer below– i wanted to refund this but groupon refuses after 3 days so i made appt– then today i was set to go at 7 pm he texted me at 4 pm and called to cancel– its a joke as the voucher terms says 24 hrs cancellation or you lose the value– but he cancelled 3 hrs befire appt– i had scared feelings about this and went several years back for thescrub and thought he was a weird pervert doing his own operation– he also made a big deal about knowing the voucher number — that it was valid a few days ago– so i have text of his cancellation at 4 pm and sent to groupon so whew think i can get matter cancelled and a refund– and never deal with perv again– did not want to go– really
