Need your computer fixed? Don’t want to pay an arm and a leg by having to send it back to the manufacturer? Come to this place! Tucked away inside the East Broadway Mall in Chinatown, hides this hidden gem. I’ve been here several times and have brought my dad here too. We’ve saved so much money on repairs.
The first time, I needed the piece where charger is plugged replaced. Sony was going to charge me $ 200 just to have it shipped and evaluated. Plus whatever the piece was. I came to this place and they fixed it for $ 80. They did an excellent job.
Second time, I needed the monitor replaced. The computer guy (I didn’t get his name) took some time to examine the damage and told me it would cost about $ 180. He advised me against replacing the monitor and told me my best option was to just buy a new computer elsewhere. The laptop was an old model and it wouldn’t be worth it. Although he was losing out on money, he cared about what was best for me.
I love this place and will continue to come here. Excellent and you will save a lot of money!
TIP: The place is quite difficult to find! I posted pics of the outside so you get an idea. As long as you find East Broadway and Market St., walk in through the outdoor pathway and look for #109. It’s very easy to miss bc they have hair products as the display. The computer section is to the left when you walk in. The guy is very friendly and great at his job. Trustworthy and very helpful.
