Update on my credit card dispute for services from Butlers not rendered: This company insisted on keeping $ 209 of my hard earned dollars and then wrote an ignorant «our-​business-​is-​always-​right» response to my Unilocal review. Read the tone of the «customer blaming» response below before you book with this company. You will get baited and switched and be poorer for it with the lack of customer service and care offered. I hope these two «business owners» enjoy my $$ because it was a penny-​wise and pound-​foolish greedy grab and they’ll likely lose a ridiculous amount of incremental business as a result of these reviews. Onward and upward in finding credible businesses to support in NYC… :)

I’ve never heard of this company, never worked with this company, yet they think it’s okay to go and put an ad for their business on MY facebook page? I think not. It doesn’t quite seem like they have any ethics at all.
