Burger King

I don’t know where to begin with this one but one thing I’ll make sure to say STAY AWAY, VERY FAR AWAY from this location! I went in on a Saturday at 9:30pm and the place was nearly empty, I said great I’m in and out quickly (yeah, right!). I left the place 25 min later and that was just one of the many things wrong. There was garbage everywhere, even on the cashier counter. Tables were dirty and I just wanted to get out of there. Napkins where no were in sight and the actual garbage cans where full to the rim. The girl was I can’t say rude but it was obvious she had no interest in being courteous. The employees in the back where screaming things at each other about they regular life’s as taking an eternity to despatch the food. Another lady complained that her burger was cold. The manager came around and rudely told her they will give her another one. They took the same time (about 20 min) to give me my order (just a #11) and give her her burger back. I was so hungry and in a hurry that I stuck by until I got my order, basically inhaled it and swore to NEVER set foot in that disgusting place ever again!

First of all eating here was the worst mistake I ever made. I went in got a burger with cheese and a large fries. Simple enough but, when I looked at the burger it had no cheese. Also a small fries. Seriously small fries. Also the burger and the fries were horrible. I went to this place only twice in my life once when I was 15 and again recently. When I went when I was 15 it had a B. It was the worst food I ever tasted. Now recently since I was starving and was a while away from my apartment I needed to grab a bite. Horrible if you are about to eat here save yourself and don’t eat here.

The chicken sandwich I ordered was way to salty and the chicken itself was burnt. You get what you paid for.

No the best place to have a burger time take for ever just a burger and soda take 20 minutes to get it and the service by the ladies is very bad

I don’t understand the negative reviews because I work a few blocks down and was craving the original chicken sandwich from burger king. I walked in and was greeted by a worker with a smile — okay, that’s new. I placed my order and none of the staff had an attitude and was very polite — something I’m not used to when I order from a fast food joint. Sat down and ate and then I noticed a few things that made me go «huh?»
1. A couple walks in and takes a seat at the booth. A worker goes up to them with pen and paper to take their order.
2. A lady sitting at the table next to me flagged down another worker. The worker says «How can I help you, ma’am?» Lady says «I’d like a refill for my drink.» And hands the worker her cup. Worker goes «This is burger king, you can have it your way.» And goes over to refill the lady’s drink.
3. A teen calls over and asks a worker for extra sauce. The worker brings over more sauce for the table.
I also noticed a few workers walking around the floor asking how everyone’s meals were and if we needed anything. All of this caught me off guard but it’s a nice change from workers with nasty attitudes who act like whatever extra stuff you ask for come out their pay checks.

This is definitely «have it your way» store 12pm-​4pm you’re waited on, catered to, greeted no question about being welcome! Manager Felicia is hands on doing a great job !! Two thumbs up!!!

Burger King officially starting to blow and now to end this review Burger King blows!
It should be boycotted for every reason poor worker wages and slow service because of low wages I imagine! The prices keep going up the menu is deceptive and unclear! I have to admit I love Burger King but I will find ways to try and boycott and help workers get better wages! This is a 6 billion dollar company that needs to be straightened out! Start here! Someone has to stand up for the workers and the customers! Avoid this Burger King or go and write your thoughts! I don’t think I have a more favorite restaurant but I must avoid Burger King and take action! You should too!

Despite all the negative reviews, I was really jonesing for some BK. I received prompt, friendly service and the food was hot and met my craving. Maybe the other reviewers weren’t actually fans of BK, period.

If Rikers had a Burger King, this would be it.
Condiments and napkins on lock down, rude service, weird people always milling about, credit card machines from 1998 and just always has this feeling of «dirty».
Wait in line at Shake Shack or walk the block and a half to McDonald’s. Worst case, go hungry.

Sad King…
There was nowhere to sit at Shake Shack for a late night meal, 25 °F was too cold for their patio. Burger King was empty, thought I lucked out. I feel bad for the people who just need a place to get warm, but it was depressing. A man across from me would moan for a while, then talk to the air and try to catch ‘things’ that we’re apparently floating by. Other of ‘parties of 1′ just sitting… staring… not eating.
Nothing wrong with the food, standard BK… just a strange atmosphere, a Burger King from the Twilight Zone ;-)
If you live in the vicinity and have a craving BK, this one would be better for take-​out.

I have to give this place only one star because the service was just awful. They screwed up our order not once, but twice and weren’t helpful at all. We ordered chicken buffalo strips and were given only regular chicken strips. We were not refunded. Then we ordered an Oreo BROWNIE sundae, and it was given to us without brownies. We then left. I won’t be going back.

Couple of things to know about this Burger King.
I’m not sure if it is just this location but when I ordered the Chicken Tender Crisp meal as a LARGE.
My bill came to $ 5 for the burger, $ 1.99 for the small soda and $ 1 more for the large option.

Amusingly enough, the fries stayed the same size, SMALL.

Ironically enough the BK Value Menu was NOWHERE to be found and I didn’t even know what was on that menu to begin with so I really didn’t have much option BUT to order the meal.
The chicken sandwich was fine as I was craving Burger King from the gecko but what the eff happened to the fries.
Nasty is how I would describe it.
Stingy on the BBQ sauce.
Manager guarding the restroom door/​restroom door key like he’s guarding Fort Knox.

I used to like Burger King but those days were long gone. I walked into this Burger King, hoping to have a quick bite before movie next door. Unfortunately, the service is so slow here I felt like I was at a slow food restaurant! I got a Chicken sandwich and it comes with one big fried chicken inside the bun. And that is it! There is no mayo, no ketchup or any sauce to make the sandwich more flavorful. I am deeply disappointed at BK.

With McDonalds on almost every corner i was excited to see a burger king so close to my apartment, but after my first experience i probably won’t be returning too often. First off, they close pretty early and i’m usually not looking to eat something like this before 1AM on a weekend. I was really surprised by the prices here. It seemed really expensive for fast food and there’s no value menu. The place just also seems old and run down. They still use the old school cash registers, just seems like they really haven’t updated much since whenever they first opened. Burger king has always been on the bottom of my list in terms of fast food options, and this place isn’t helping my opinion.

Went here twice within the past two weeks and my experiences were pretty good. There are some customers who might give you the creeps but the dining area is large enough that you can avoid sitting near them. They have TV screens everywhere playing ESPN all the time — a good distraction for solo diners. I had a whopper last time, and it looked like what it would look in a picture and tasted pretty good, too! They say they cook fresh to order after 10pm. So maybe the food gets better at night time?

By far the worst BK experience I have ever had. I typically love their whoppers, but I hated the one I had here. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!

I only come here once in a blue moon when a Burger King craving hits, which is not often.
The service here is really slow, almost testing my patience (and I like to think I’m a patient person).
There are a lot of strange diners here whenever I come, which could be interesting or just too weird.
There’s nothing really special about this place. It’s passably clean, they don’t mess up your order that often (average amount for a fast food chain), and it gets the job done for that BK crave.

Kind of a strange place. At night always seems to be filled with the zombies you see shuffling around Penn Station at 4 in the morning. Kitchen area looked dirty. It was the only thing open late at night when I worked late and went there for a chicken sandwich — which was horrible. Avoid at all cost!
