If it were possible to give them zero stars, I would. It is the rudest service I have ever received at any establishment. One time I placed an order over the phone and I simply asked them to read back my order over, to which he replied with an attitude: «For what, don’t you know what you ordered?». I wanted to make sure they understood I wanted turkey bacon, not regular bacon because I don’t eat red meat at all. The background was loud over the phone so I wanted to be sure he heard me correctly. I then told him to just cancel my order and he hung up on me. I have also been there a few times in person, and honestly they all act like they hate their jobs and don’t want to be there. The food is decent, the prices are eh, but the service is terrible. I will never go back.

This review is based on a delivery order. I have included photos. I must say the previous reviews are pretty spot on. I ordered two chicken tostadas and the Greek salad. The bad: the tostadas were cold and very bland. It had diced tomatoes but most places normally use pico de gallo. The chicken was pulled chicken, but dry and tasteless. The shell itself was too greasy, not appetizing. The good: the Greek salad had many fresh veggies, the chicken was cubed and grilled. I wouldn’t consider it a «Greek salad» considering it had a few extra ingredients, like carrots, red and green peppers, avacados and corn. Nonetheless, it was a great salad!

This place is awesome, and it’s my go-​to corner place for fresh veggie sandwiches of all kinds, salads, wraps, omelettes with endless fresh add-​on ingredients, and everything done to order and generously. They also have excellent fresh chopped fruits, which they will give you a mixed bowl of, or you can get a smoothie. Prices are truly low, and you get so much more than you paid for. The cooks behind the counter are super polite, and meticulous, and will ask you questions to ensure they get your order right; I haven’t had any wrong orders here, and I go here all the time. They also stock different breads, and their menu covers Mexican food as well as all the usual diner fare. People behind the counter are generally smiling, and I love the atmosphere. Feels like home!

The food is great but one day I was ordering food through the phone and the guy put me on hold like 3 times, and at the end I asked him how much the food would be and he said he was too busy to answer and hung up. Another day I went to the store to order food and I asked for a tuna panini I took it to go and when I checked on my food it was a chicken panini. I know everyone makes mistakes but I mentioned tuna being in the sandwich several times. But don’t get me wrong the food is good and fresh.

Bunny deli has great food, overpriced for sure but nonetheless great. Chicken quesadilla is good but get the sour cream on the side unless your quesadilla becomes super soggy. Great smoothies. Salads are big enough for 2 people but they charge extra for everything. Meaning your lettuce, meat and dressing is 7 $. Then whatever else you want on it is 1 $ extra. The place is really small so take out or getting Your food delivered is to your convenience.
Customer service isn’t the best all the time but it is what it is. Overall the food is good but I give them 3 stars because of the stupid expensive prices and customer service

Bunny Deli is very small so don’t think of coming here with a family or big group. I had their tacos and thought they were ok. I’ve had better right here in Washington Heights. Their food is reasonably priced for the area and I’ve had friends who told me their sandwiches are really good.
The reason I come here is for their salads. It is one of the best deals in Washington Heights. When I want to eat healthy I come here and order a grilled chicken salad, which comes with unlimited veggie toppings, grilled chicken duh, and avocado if you ask for it. All this for $ 6.50. This salad can feed 2 people if you are not big eaters. I love to add chickpeas and red beans to be healthy and to be able to fart profusely around my friends. Win-​Win situation.
Verdict: Salads 4.5 stars rest of their food 3.5 stars.

I’ve been here a number of times for breakfast, and they have managed to get my order wrong every single time. I just left there with what I thought was an egg and cheese on a roll. What I opened when I got home was egg, bacon and some kind if sauce on a roll. Food is decent.

It’s a great place to eat. They no doubt has some of the best fast food In Washington heights. They make great salads and different varieties of food. You could get american food or Mexican food. There tacos are great and inexpensive. The only thing that I didn’t like about them they better through time which was their Customer service.

This place has great food options and everything is reasonably priced except for the salads. They try to rip you off if you order any extra toppings on your salad by charging you $ 1 extra per topping (Raisins, almonds, an egg etc) on top of the set price. Beware of the «Chicken Gordon Blue» as the pre-​frozen chicken is sometimes hard on the inside and cooked on the outside.
Unfortunately this deli is extremely tiny and a group of people can barely fit inside or walk from one side to the other. They also tend to raise their prices like every 3 months.
The customer service is terrible! So beware of ordering anything from here by phone.
