Jerry and his entire team were professional and courteous. My wife and I bought a door about a month ago. Jerry was professional and extremely helpful. I personally don’t like salesmen they try and sell you everything. He was not your typical salesman at all. He was so helpful and honest and always took our calls even after we left the store. My wife and I had many questions after purchasing the door. He was always there to answer our questions. Buying a door I thought was going to painful and stressful but Jerry was amazing. I can’t talk about Jerry enough. It was a pleasure again reiterating dealing with Jerry. Jerry and his team have a customer for life. Thank you again Jerry for all your help.

When we presented the dimensions of our window space, they recommended a particular custom order. Easy sale. Then the trouble begins. Their communications after the sale with us were lousy. We were left tracking the delivery of the windows ourselves. The delivery people completely lied about their delays then managed to damage one of our windows upon arrival. Finally, we find out the window size is incorrect for our needs and they will not own up to their salesman’s mistake. When we called Pella, they informed us that this place isn’t an authorized seller. Avoid them. It’s not worth the spending thousands of dollars for junk.

Totally unhelpful

I recently had my windows adjusted by Rob Jr, a technician at BW&D. He went after the problem with confidence and skill, accomplishing what seemed to be some complicated maneuvers in a relatively short period of time. He was also personable and polite. We recently had our home «gutted» and I watched as several subs worked slowly and often without precision. Rob did a great job and charged a VERY fair price for his services. It’s not often that one feels as though they got a deal in the service industry. I believe I did.
