I’ve been going to this doctor for years in Brooklyn but now that he’s in the city its that much better for me. His staff is always willing to help with those annoying insurance calls and the doctor is always professional by taking the time to explain thing. pain and discomfort are always kept to a minimum. Great office, Great staff, Great Doctor.

BEWARE. Dr. Lezhansky does not follow the standard procedures for oral surgery and has completely failed in putting an implant in my jaw 2 times! The 1^st implant procedure was bad, he had to rip up the one he put in and after several months of having a hole in my mouth, put in a 2^nd implant. WHICH FAILED. I have had to go more than 6 times to get my gums ripped up, scraped out, jaw bone drilled into… AND he just put in a longer and wider implant immediately after he pulled out the one he last put in. and now my entire side of my face is swollen and in pain.
After seeking help from the 2 respected Periodontics, they advised that he should have had me go in for a CAT scan prior to the procedure and advise me to take antibiotics after the procedure. I am a healthy, young woman with a clean slate of health, who takes good care of teeth and Dr. Lezhansky said that the procedures failed because of the quality of my jaw bone. I just learned that any dentist can put implants in after a weekend course and that I will need to get a bone graph now and have his work redone. I spent several thousand dollars for incredible amount of PAIN, ANGUISH AND TIME. I will only go to the best dentists now and not trust my health to just anyone.
One last thing. his staff is not even friendly and his teeth cleaning is using floss and some rinse. I wish I would have gone straight to the best as finding a reputable dentist (and doctor) are the most important investments anyone could have.
