Total waste of money. I just spent 15 and change on a plain pastrami sandwich that should be no more than 5 bucks, skimpiest pastrami I’ve seen in New York. Sandwich was soggy. My local bodega deli is better in taste and portion. Wish i had read the reviews before coming here. Take a pass on this place.

I decided to try this place because I thought the sandwich would have a lot of meat in it like Katz. I l know Kosher is expensive but it wasn’t enough of meat in my sandwich for the price. The amount of meat was enough for a sandwich that was $ 4. So I had better. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a Kosher sandwich. I will say the sandwich didn’t taste bad. It just didn’t live up to my standards.

Waited on hold for 5 minutes. If your in NYC and delivering to businesses its got to be quick. Anyway, I got a grilled chicken salad. The dressing came in prepackaged packets. The lettuce had brown edges and the salad container itself was greasy — for $ 20.00(!) its got to be top quality! Clean packaging, freshly made dressings and prompt service. I order from here every 2 – 3 months hoping my experiences get better but they don’t. Half my office is Kosher and nobody orders from here. Its a shame, Just another kosher place that thinks they’re giving out favors.

The WORST delivery service. After an hour of waiting, I called the restaurant and the woman on the phone said to give it 15 minutes, as my order was leaving right now. 20 minutes later, I get a call asking if I got my order, to which I respond no. She responds by telling me it’s still at the restaurant. You get that — she called me to ask if I got my order knowing that it hadn’t even left yet! I guess she was hoping that maybe I got someone else’s order by mistake. Once again, I was assured my order was going out the door immediately. Another 20 minutes, no delivery. I call again, and am again told it’s on it’s way. Rinse and Repeat. I received my order 2 hours late, on my way out the door. I couldn’t eat the food right away because I had an appointment(it’s really not too much to order food 2 hours before you need to leave). When I finally got to opening the order another hour later, it was incorrect. By that time, the restaurant was closed, and I paid for dinner I could not eat. I understand busy delivery nights, but when you make a customer wait 2 hours, you at least apologize and offer something to make things right. All I got was attitude and a wrong order. I will NEVER order from this place again.

I have ordered a well done burger with fries with delivery. Neither was well done. if they were well done I would have put 4 – 5 stars no doubt.

Ordered delivery.(Found on Seamless) Service was prompt and food was warm. We ordered 1 fried chicken dinner and a burger and shared. The burger and fries were very good. The chicken was a tad greasy but I still enjoyed it. Prices are a bit high due to the fact they are kosher. I would give them a second try.

Won’t give even 1 star. The burger at McDonalds is like a Michelin star comparing to the one over here(All American Burger). Only fat in it, horrible! HORRIBLE! Don’t think it is kosher.

I didn’t actually eat here, but I did walk in. I was hoping to get a kosher hamburger. First, this place is a hole in the wall. It is basically a burger stand with four walls around it and two tables outside. I then looked at the menu only to find that a burger was $ 11.95 and fries were $ 6.95. So a burger and fries was $ 19, not including tax for a drab hole in the wall. You really can’t even sit down. I realize that kosher prices are always high, and kosher restaurant standards are always low, but this place takes the prize. By the way, the same burger and fries at Mendy’s is $ 12.95.

This place represents the worst experience money can buy. Disorganized, rude, slow and dirty. I expect this place to be closed in a months time. From waiting 15 minutes in the store to place your order, to then spending another 25 minutes watching the circus that is the employees dance around each other trying to complete a single order(usually wrong). Orders are made with no correlation to who placed an order first. The handling of food is performed without thought — not changing gloves between orders, touching bags then food, then the register then cooked meat. The meat might be Kosher but the preparation certainly ISNOT. This place is truly disgusting and management should be ashamed — I say«should» cause they clearly do not care ATALL. I imagine as their are 0 options for Kosher deli’s downtown that is the only reason people come here — but honestly with the poor level of quality and service — I can see people giving up on keeping kosher entirely if this is what is available. If only a zero star rating was possible.
