I went into get my iPhone screen replaced. I’m from out of town. The woman told me it would take two hours and then she said let’s make it three just to be safe. That was fine with me. When I came back three hours later she said it would be an additional three hours and that my phone was at another location. And she told me it would just be an additional one hour if I would take the train and go pick the phone up my cell at the other location. If the employee had just been straight with me and told me it was going to take six hours I would’ve gone to another place, as any store can replace an iPhone screen these days. She knew I was from out of town and she knew I had a limited amount of time and I what was two hours, then three hours, then turning into six hours was not cool or professional in the least.
