I signed up to Blink but didn’t start going until a couple weeks after. I signed up at this location because it’s the most convenient for me but I wasn’t really impressed. I had first heard of Blink when it first opened its location on West 30^th Street.
The first day I went to this location was around 6pm on a Monday, I was wowed because not 1 treadmill was open, so I had to settle for different cardio before anything. It’s okay but it’s not the best Blink location.
I think a gym should be a place where people go in and out not be there for 3 hours, hogging all the machines etc. That’s how it feels in there.

Very clean and enough equipment to work out on. I also love the fact that they have sanitizer wipes to wipe down the equipment. Locker room/bathroom is also clean. While there were many machines to choose from, I had to wait the longest for the glute machine. The other thing I noticed… no towels. Hmmm… Other than that, I’m going to go and bring a guest on occasion.

This gym has value written all over it. Maybe that’s because it’s generally new. Everything is in tact and clean, and the prices are very appealing. Especially when you can bring a guest for free. ALL THE TIME. My suggestion, be an a-hole and make money off your friends. The gym can become extremely crowded around 6p, but other than that you’re pretty safe, especially if you have odd hours like a stripper that allow you to work out early afternoons. The gym is mostly a young to middle aged crowd that is either having a serious workout or making temporary gains to post on Instagram right before heading out to the club. The music is hip and workout worthy, and because it’s dominated by Hispanics, expect a little reggaeton thrown in the mix. I don’t mind. I’m Latino, but the day I hear some merengue on loop I might have to end my membership. Blink is a great choice if you’re a neighborhood resident or can generally get here quick.

Very nice, clean gym. All new equipment and in a good location. Minus one star for not having wifi! I also go to the blink in Chelsea and THEY have wifi. Why not Riverdale??? :(
