I’ve been going to these guys to have my film developed for almost three years now, starting in their previous location. They are very helpful and honest and will make sure you get what you need. Have never had an issue with dust, scratching or chemical stains. They have a super quick turn around time and their scans are excellent quality at a very reasonable rate. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lab in the city.

The name of the business does not do it justice because they do excellent 35 mm processing/​developing/​printing! Old skool film developing!
The turnover time is ridiculous, less than 24 hours from the time of dropping off your film to pickup. The prices are cheap to reasonable in comparison to the big city production houses and most of all, the owner is such a delight!
Owner is a SVA graduate doing this sort of business for 30 years. He’s worked with all the big photo production houses in the city so he’s the little guy with all the best skills he gathered from working around the city.
The store also carries many photography supplies like an extensive stock of film from 35 mm, 12mm0 etc.
The service here is fast, stellar with awesome working hours. Feel free to call them with any questions, they are always pleasant and helpful.

Best place for film processing. They do all kinds of films scan process and prints. The jewel of downtown.

Just had my passport photos taken. In and out in 5 minutes, professional people working there, clean environment, was a great experience.

Great service! Always on time

Efficient, friendly, helpful staff. We got some passport photos taken and developed here. It took 8 minutes. It’s sort of a cool throwback store with lots of different film available and developing machines here as well. The space is small, so if there a few people inside it eye crowded. In the from they have what looks like a framing area with a limited but decent selection of frame stock. They also have a small but good range of pre made frames that fit standard size prints. It’s a cool place, feels like an old fashion NYC neighborhood photo store.

I’ve had passport photos taken here as well as had 4×6 photos printed and both came out very very well. The store is small, tiny even, but the service is friendly and efficient and prices are very reasonable. This is my go to for printing photos even though we’ve moved out of the neighbourhood.

I’ve been frequenting Bleeker Digital for over a year now and I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere. Anil, the owner of this lab, is really passionate about the quality of their development, and I am consistently impressed with their both their E-​6/​C-​41 processing and hi-​res scans for both 35 mm and 120 film. They’ve been in business for 20+ years and their success shows.
At other labs I’ve tried in Manhattan and Brooklyn, I’ve had problems with scratched negatives, missing rolls of film, and getting anyone to care about my frustrations. Not here at Bleeker Digital. They are consistent, friendly, and genuinely interested in making you happy with their service. As a regular customer, they’ve even extended bulk discounts to me on hi-​res scanning which has been a total blessing and saved me hours at the scanner — making this hobby far more fun and less painstaking. I have yet to try out their printing services but plan to soon and have high hopes as they seem to do a swift print business!
Side note: I have no idea why all the positive reviews get auto-​filtered out of Unilocal’s default view, but it’s not fair. These guys are great and do great work.

Friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a major problem with them. Over about 30 rolls, I have had maybe 1 or 2 marks on negatives… maybe 1 or 2 is unacceptable, but, its bound to happen. If you need a rush, they will. No attitude.

I wish I could comment on the service I recieved; unfortunately since they do not open on time I am unable to. If you want to open at 10:00; then don’t state that you open at 9:30 on your website and the door. I wasted 20 minutes standing outside in the July heat. I prefer to support smaller stores, but never have problems like this when I go to chains.
