This establishment not only made a significant billing error on my account, they provided no customer service or guidance regarding my brace. This is a poorly organized location, and it’s surprising that they have any kind of a relationship with HSS.
I ordered a well known, highly prescribed custom brace. They provided no guidance, and it doesn’t seem to fit well. It also took months before I received it. You would do better to find another establishment.
