Well, I haven’t received my package yet but this review is for the customer service up until now. I got an order confirmation on Dec 20th, great, but never got another email to tell me about it being shipped(and it had been a couple of days after my order). I contacted them through their ‘contact us’ section and never got a response. I was lucky to find their number here on Unilocal,as it’s no where to be found on their website which is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. So I call, am greeted with a «hello»… No «thank you for calling Bikini Alchemy» or something along those lines, so I thought I got the wrong number. Nope, it was correct. I was told my items were shipped. I asked about my tracking number but was told that I have no tracking number for my order. How interesting, I paid $ 10 for basic shipping(5 – 7 days for delivery) with USPS and no tracking? For the size and weight of the items that I bought, the price for shipping AND a tracking number would be no more than $ 4(I regularly buy and sell items, I am an avid USPS user). I understand that the cost of packaging is also added, but that would surely not make it over $ 5. Obviously they make extra cash this way, which I am not too fond of. I am now waiting for the package to arrive, hoping to god that everything will come in one piece. I would give only one star but made it two as their sale prices were good with the promo code I used. As a side note, I really don’t want to sound bitter, but I have worked in retail for about 8 years(with about 4 of those years being in luxury, high-end department stores) and I know how a customer needs to be treated. Keeping us up to date with what is going on, especially if I trust you enough to leave you with my credit card/paypal or whatever else, is absolutely necessary. Don’t leave us high and dry, or else we start to worry about our money that we left in your hands.

I ordered my bikini online and a week or so my package arrived at my neighbors house, first unfortunate surprise. Next, the sizes online were all wrong so I and sent it back the next day with letter explaining reason for return, tags, lining, receipt all in the original box. 3 weeks later I’m checking my bank statements and my money was not returned. I called the next day and they said they had sent me an email saying they could issue a git card but not refund because it was after the 7 days. I never got the email at all from them, and since it arrived at my neighbors home and I immediately sent it back(within the 7 days I received my package) I expected them to understand and return my money. They refuse to return my money to me. As someone who works in customer service and knows the ropes, I am so disappointed in the service I have experienced. I do not recommend this store to anyone, you can get the same bikinis elsewhere with better customer service. Two months later and still no resolution…
