Do not use this company! Bought a voucher for $ 29 on amazon local. Made several attempts to set appointment and on fifth attempt, finally got through. After setting appointment date, I was advised by receptionist that all of these additional fees would be added on without technician even seeing extent of job. Very deceptive practices. Needless to say, I demanded refund from Amazon and will never use them going forward.

I bought a deal on amazon for a rug steam cleaning. Made an appointment and no one showed up. I called and reschedule for the following week and when the cleaner came he told me my voucher wouldn’t cover the steaming because I have the wrong type of rug and that I would have to pay $ 140 in addition to my voucher to have it cleaned.
They are complete scam artists. They don’t ask you what type of rug you have when you make an appointment and don’t advise of any of the above until you wait for hours for them to show up. Stay as far away from any deals you may see for this company and go elsewhere. Support honest companies.
