Bed Stuy Diner

This place is legit. I stopped in this morning and ordered my fave diner fare — the italian omelette and homefries. They did not disappoint. Portion size is amazing. Price is super reasonable. I’ll be back.

This is our favorite neighborhood spot for good, cheap breakfast. I usually stick to the staples (eggs, pancakes, sausage, etc) and am rarely disappointed. It can get pretty busy on Sundays around noon, and I wish they were open later, but otherwise it’s a good little diner. Definitely go here instead of the iHop around the corner!

Great food! Traditional diner, food is delicious. Love their breakfast I come here regularly. It’s never to greasy and feels like home cooking. This area tends to just have crappy and processed food this place is the best. And I love that the husband and wife run the place. It’s such a great spot.

I give it 1star just because the bedstuy burger was good otherwise none. I ordered my burger with fries and switched for homefries, looks like the switch was not well taken, the chef (owner) instead of letting me know that the homefries will take awhile to be ready, he gave it to me uncooked. Taste was horrible, no seasoning so i called one of the waitress and told her that i need somethingelse instead, right way the chef (owner) came up to me all irritated ” my friend you ordered this”, what that supposed to mean: that i should eat uncooked food and also pay for it? I told him straight out that the homefries was horrible and he needs to accept criticts about his food. He needs to change his attitude towards his empolyees which he treats very disrespectful and learn how to respect his costumers, because of them he is still in business.

This is a good place, but the chief (owner?)(boss?) is very rude and almost aggressive to the staff, he makes their workdays suck.
Other than that, its good and has big windows. Mostly real people go here, you dont see hipsters here, that also means the prices are really good for what you get.

Came to the Bed-​Stuy Diner one morning for breakfast, not expecting much despite the encouraging words from a co-​worker. I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty and plentiful breakfast. I went with the veggie omlette with home fries and I was full and happy when I walked out of the door. Price was pretty good as well, bathroom is TINY and the staff is polite. I will come back one day when I’m in the area.

Typical greasy spoon diner. The wait time is always pretty long and the owner always seems to be irritated at someone but the food is fine. It’s a few dollars more expensive than I think it should be. I wouldn’t make a trek to go here but if you want some breakfast it’s not a bad idea.

I was fiending for a big burger. Had the bedstuy burger with melted American and Swiss cheese, fried onions and mushrooms and it didn’t disappoint. I’m still full 3 hours later. Yum
