I can’t believe how awful the service has been at this place. I’ve been trying to get wallpaper samples from them for a month and still nothing. The first woman I worked with left, and nobody seemed to take over her clients or follow up. I finally called to find out what was going on and Ann was helping me and she has been just as bad! I have had to follow up with her numerous times and still nothing. She left me a message on Friday saying she had two of them in. I call her back and leave her a message that I was going to come in the next day to get them and no return phone call. I go in and she isn’t working and didn’t leave me anything. Working with them has been a huge waste of time!

I went to the store and was helped by a very nice woman who said she would do some research for me on the fabric with which I wanted to reupholster my chair. It was just prior to Labor Day weekend, and she indicated that I would not get a quote on the reupholstering job til after Labor Day, which I understood. A follow-​up email the week after Labor Day and another a week later have still gone unanswered. Not at all happy…

I just had the cushions for my Crate and Barrel couch redone — it was a piece I purchased a few years ago and the cushions needed a refresher. I brought in one of the cushion covers and Garry was able to help me match the fabric exactly and walk me through the process of how it would all work and the timeline. Everything was super easy.
I got the cushions back yesterday and I LOVE THEM and my couch now looks amazing… They are always communicative and I especially appreciated the updates from David who was also great to work with.
I’m not sure about the less stellar reviews below — maybe from their competition? Feel free to privately message me if you have any questions. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

Not sure why the only reviews showing are the bad ones. This place is great. I moved recently and needed curtains, so I wouldn’t have to hide while changing, and they were awesome. I got to choose a fabric I loved (there are like thousands of choices), and the whole time I had someone talking me through the process, because let’s face it, I have NO IDEA what I’m doing. It was cool to sit a the work table they have with stuff laid out to look at.
I’d go back in a second.

Terrible service. I put an order in for slipcovers in September. They just got here and only because I called and pleaded and called again when promised calls were not returned. After booking a delivery time they called for an additional $ 250 for not included pillow covers. Got them done elsewhere in one week with no drama.
When I complained to the installer that I was annoyed he fled. Obviously this is his daily bread and it should be. He was a big part of the delay.
Stay away.
