I watch this place being built since I work down the street and was happy that so many people have been here. It is an AWESOME place to work and study with great Coffee and to be honest I am not really a coffee drinker, so for me to drink it, it has to be really really good. I can only drink pourovers and theirs are amazing. I am a tea drinker and they have really good tea as well. I hope they are making enough from coffee to keep staying in Business.

There is enough long table to seat. Especially I like the wood table, which is located in end of the café. Atmosphere is quite good ;)

Weak selection of pricey baked goods and an awful $ 3.50 snickerdoodle = no good for the non-coffee drinker.

I’ve been here twice in a week or so and the space and coffee are nice. The people who took my order on both occasions had that look like they would rather be anywhere else than at this place. A smile and friendliness might equal a tip. Sad that most young service people haven’t figured that out.

Nice place, nice service! Since I moved to this area, I found out this nice place to relax. This place is very clean and quiet, u won’t see any mess at the table, not even at the garbage can area and not seeing any sugar or milk drop either.

This is a great café for studying, but not the best for chatting with a friend. It has a quieter buzz than most cafes and most of their seating are long wooden tables – ideal for doing work. The music they were playing was quiet indie stuff such as The xx. Luckily my boyfriend and I got one of the few small round tables and enjoyed our matcha green latte and dirty chai while nibbling on some pumpkin bread.

Cool open space. Great for studying and working. But a black ice tea definitely shouldn’t be $ 5 haha

Decided to try this place out 1 more time since their management replied to me previous Unilocal review. I must say my experience was waaaay better(hence the 4 stars). I was greeted by a very friendly cashier who took my order and gave away free smiles left and right. They had seasonal lattes this time and I tried their pumpkin spice latte with almond milk. It was perfect!

Great neighborhood spot. Employees are super friendly and shop has a great atmosphere. Popular place for for people to hang out and read/work on their computers. I had the drip coffee which was nice as well. They have fancier(I think single origin) coffee too which I’ll try next time.

I came here because I found it on the CUPs app. Had an iced americano and it was pretty good. It looks like a great place to come and work for a few hours — long tables where people were sitting with their laptops. So to me it seems like a place where I would be more likely to come do some work than to just have a coffee with someone and chat. I also really like the décor. So I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the neighborhood!

Large and spacious and laptop-friendly with its long communal tables and copious outlets. They don’t spurn you for ordering an iced tea and then sitting for 3 hours to get work done(not like I’ve done that or anything…) And the iced tea is tasty too — and if a little more pricey than most, it’s a worthy surcharge for getting to use the place as my haven of productivity for a while. You’ll see lots of fellow laptop toters as well, so it’s helpful that most everyone’s there with the same goal of getting stuff done. And you’ll often catch interesting snippets of the(sometimes random) projects the other folks are working on. The music is on point– an eclectic variety which most recently introduced my buddy and I to a Johnny Cash cover of Bob Marley we never knew existed. So that alone is worth the price of admission!

Super spacious place that has at least a dozen backless seats with bright, fluorescent overhead beams that are a continuation of their overall industrial look. Two entrances into this new space located on the southeast corner of 26th and 8th. Surely, this place won’t need any reviews soon, located in one of the more swanky and affluent neighborhoods in the whole city(for better or for worse). In addition to the aforementioned seating, there are probably another dozen and a half places to sit, dispersed throughout the storefront. Couches, long table, and upright tables galore. I’m not sure you’ll find this much space in most places in Manhattan. I stopped in on a warm, Sunday evening waiting for a friend to get back to his apartment(will Lebron bring the Cavs back?). I don’t need to tell you people; come in here, get your daily shock of caffeine. I don’t see this place not doing well. Most importantly to me, they have plenty of electrical outlets for those who need to recharge and study.

Because who doesn’t want a beer on their way to work? I’m kidding, but I made the joke with one of the baristas that«ya know, some day, I just might.» The chia pudding was awesome! I usually just stuck to the cinnamon raisin bagel, but I always found myself drooling & thinking twice about getting some other pastry that looked as equally as amazing. My preferred coffee order is pretty standard — almond milk and vanilla — so I can’t really attest much to the coffee menu. One day, I was feeling reckless and ordered a green tea… but that’s also pretty standard. 5 stars is for the staff. They’re always really friendly, & we started to get on a casual«heeeyy!» basis as I was coming in pretty frequently along my work commute. Once I came in totally exhausted, & the barista said, «Hey girl!» and I said, «Hey, I’m flippin’ tired today,» and she said, «Aww. Well let your bartender take care of you.» That made me smile & made the pain of the morning just a little bit easier. Now that I have a new job across town, I’m a little bummed that I won’t get to see them every day. But, thanks to the plenty of open workspace, I’ll make sure to stop by in the future!

Really great space to study. Very spacious with large windows on a corner space and high ceilings. They honestly don’t need to turn on the hanging lights above the table in the day time because it’s so bright, but it’s very useful at night Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Got a matcha latte and it tasted great. *wifi password changes occasionally

Fun little organic coffee and tea shop on 8th ave. Big space, lots of light. They have seating to work with a laptop or just chill. It’s brand new, nice and clean inside with an industrial feel. Good coffee variety — drip, pour over, iced, cold brew. Sampled the oatmeal with soy milk and honey that they had out — it was pretty tasty.
