Um. I had my own fun with my own people because people there do not know how to party, they are very lame with it! The service sucked! The bouncer was way more cooler than any of the workers inside of Babylon! I Like the music was pretty good but when the base drop, everyone was just so dry, the crowd sucked, but me and my best friend and boyfriend had our own fun away from the crowed and dance by ourselves. The hookah taste really good and the drinks were on point(tad bit watered down) but I think it was still good! The female waiter was trying to flirt with my boyfriend when I wasn’t around which was pretty irritating but it’s okay she look cheap. Overall ‚ If you decided to visit and party, go with a group of friends who know how to party!!!

We’re trying Babylon Soho for the first time. Very nice atmosphere and attentive staff. The appetizers were very good. We had the shepard’s salad and spinach tartar. The spinach was excellent The young woman singing on this Friday night was amazing. It was like being at a high priced performance. The tab was a little high but I thought it was well worth it. You got to treat yourself every now and then. It’s like a little bit of Istanbul in Soho.

DONOTGOHERE!!! The food was OK, but over priced. The service was terrible. And to top it all off, they charged an automatic $ 20 tip that I asked to be removed as I would leave a cash tip(not that much however) and I was told it would be removed. It was but then they secretly charged another $ 20 for something. So we ended up being charged twice. If you decide to eat here MAKESURETOCHECKYOURBANKSTATEMENTSFORANYSECRETCHARGES. We contacted our bank and will be getting our money back but it makes me wonder how many others lost their money. Update — 12 days later they are fighting our bank to give us the money back. Bank is dealing with this as fraud.

Ordered from Seamless the lamb plate. Probably the worst turkish food I have ever had! The meat was tasteless, the rice was cold and as a side they gave a piece of bread? For $$$ it’s not worth it. It’s barely worth $ … Save yourself the trouble, order somewhere else.

I don’t quite understand why this place isn’t rated higher. First off, it’s in a great location in the heart of Soho. I came here with a friend after work on a Wednesday night and had a great meal. The décor is so great. There’s a massive chandelier over a dance floor looking space in the middle with cozy tables scattered throughout the upper level. We ordered nearly every appetizer on the menu(Lamb sliders, fried calamari, wrapped grape leaves, eggplant, etc.) and they were all wonderful. The sauce they served with the calamari was different than I’m used to with that dish, but it was fantastic. For my main course I had the salmon with a sun dried tomato sauce over a bed of broccoli. It was really great. I know you wouldn’t think to order a salmon dish at a place like this, but i couldn’t recommend it more. I was able to save over $ 30 off the bill with my Select Membership too. The best part about the whole evening was that a place that serves hookah can sometimes attract a less than desirable crowd, but Babylon Soho didn’t have that problem at all. Service was great as well. Can’t wait to go back!

I just got charged $ 30 a shot for the lowest grade of De Leon tequila. I even showed it to the bartender on De Leon website. The manager didnt even want to come and speak to us. Probably because I am black. Who kno. Disrespectful on a quiet Saturday night in NYC.

Décor 5⁄5. The art and decoration is phenomenal. Nothing bad to say about it and it was the first thing I noticed when I walked into the place. Service 5⁄5. Our server was over exceedingly friendly, patient, and helpful. He made sure our first-time experience of Mediterranean food at his restaurant was satisfyingly outstanding. Don’t go on a Sunday because by then most of the meals on the menu will have run out. With that said, if possible go during the week. There is an open bar available. This location is great for large and small group of friends, or dinner dates, and the attire can be either casual, formal, and semi formal. The place was quiet and calm on a Sunday. Jazz music was a nice fit for this environment. Sanitation 4⁄5. Slightly dirty in the restroom area and little space in the stall otherwise clean seating and floor area. Hookah 5⁄5. There were so many selections to choose from that we had our server assist. The combination of Code 69 and Babylon Mix were superbly fruity. We also tried the Mint Citrus and it was not a favorite. The server was kind enough to remove that one from our tab and not charge us for it. Drinks 5⁄5. Turkish coffee tasted like hot chocolate and Turkish tea was very dark and bitter but if that is how you like your tea, then you may enjoy it. After following the server’s instructions about squeezing a slice of lemon and mint leaves into the tea, it was still too bitter of a flavor for me. There wasn’t honey available, I had to add about four packets of white sugar to lessen the bitterness. Food 5⁄5. Absolutely delish! Started out with the Red Lentil soup and it was made just right. Our order list as follows(please ignore my horrible spelling): Humus, Babaganush, cigar borek, stuffed eggplant, and stuffed graped leaves. Unfortunately, we only ordered appetizers and then we were full afterwards but we have made a mental note about returning to try the entrees.

This place is fun. The only problem was that when I came back to my table from the Dance floor, my food was Gone, Nobody asked me if I was done eating. Other than this, it is a fun place to hang out, dance, take your girlfriend to. Thanks for reading

We were a little hesitant to enter because the place seemed empty. The server said that it turns into a club after 10 and is very busy. OK, so we stayed. The staff was attentive and everything they recommended was delicious – Kibbe/Icli Kofte, Coban Kavurma, chicken and lamb kabobs.

Yesterday I experienced money hungry establishment! We got overcharged on everything, even my friend Bought A hookah to go and they charged him $ 14.00 extra for service charge!!! Weird ownerchasing around us all night. All of us enjoyed our food till we all got home and couldn’t sleep from stomach ache. Never again. I’ll try the midtown location perhaps its bettre Two stars for the ambiance.

Wonderful decoration and quality bar. But so quiet because of soho prices. Generally, good place for having a hookah with your friend group(4 – 5 person) you can enjoy it with a turkish cofee or alcohol …

This place is ok in my book. My friends and I have been here quite a few times at night when it turns into a club/lounge and it has become our kind of hang out spot. Good music, hookah and drinks. Staff is very nice, manager gives us free apps when we come when we purchase a few bottles. The bouncers are nice but don’t take crap! the only issue that kills me is they don’t take American Express cards! But other than that, the place is cool.

I went to this place last night. We arrived at 8 pm and it was absolutely quiet, by the time we left at 12 am it was a full, swinging club playing a mix of top 40, arabic, and hindi music. Generous staff get 5 starts Hookah was fab, very well maintained. It lasted us the whole night. — 4 stars The food was fine — 3 stars… We had the Prix Fixe($ 35) went for all the Turkish dishes. The main dishes(chicken and diced lamb) were juicy but lacked much flavor. I wish they had a more curated menu of amazing Turkish food, rather than such a diverse listing. The ambiance was nice, though it gets loud if you want to chit chat… perfect if you want to dance — 4 stars

This place is two blocks away from the Holland Tunnel similar to the other location which is right next Queens Midtown Tunnel. Seemed kinda secluded with no other bar or food or taxi within sight. Would have been nice if it was in the heart of Soho. Décor is nice from the outside with Neon Sign and friendly staff(for now — wait till this place becomes busy). Arrived there around 1 and had no issues getting in. Crowd inside was interesting and a lot more guys than girls — guessing this will change as well when more people start coming here and the place becomes popular. Music was a plus with mixture of top 40, arabic and hindi. The fog lighting on the dance floor was an over kill making it impossible to see on the dance floor at times. Hookah smoke is enough that we don’t need additional smoke from the fog machine. The big chandelier in the middle is also out of place and a reminiscent of the old place that used to exist there(I believe we had a Unilocal elite event there before). Hookah was solid as always. Live electronic violin was a nice addition to the music. Live dancers on the bar in thongs and bikini — HORRIBLEIDEA. First if you are going to do it, get some good looking girls. The place looked very trashy just because of that and lower rating as a result.
