AYZA Private Events

This past Sunday, we had a 3 hour cocktail party at Ayza. We found the restaurant management team extremely flexible, willing to work within our budget and offer a very attractive package. This included sizable platters, champagne starters, choice of wine, beer and pass around hors d’oeuvres for the entire event, followed by their famous chocolates. — Yum. We had close to 65 people at our event so the management team gave us the entire outside area and half of the inside. It worked out perfectly as guests were able to mingle, move around and cool down a bit inside before returning outside. The food — beautiful platters of berries, olives, & cheese/​meat. The pass arounds of hors d’oeuvres was delicious and continual throughout the evening. This including angry chicken, Paninis, dumplings, hummas and more. Under no circumstances did any of our guests go hungry. The Service — what can I say. The staff catered to all our guests. Wine glasses were offered and refilled continuously. Even water (cucumber flavored) was offered throughout the evening. We had several seniors with us, and all were cared for by the restaurant team. When one senior requested some fruit, she received a bowl full. Just outstanding! Used dishes and glasses were quickly removed, so the restaurant was clean throughout the party A small touch but so important and often overlooked. Even the music was at the right decibel level. As for Dessert– to save $$$, we had our own cake brought in. The staff cut/​served the cake at no additional cutting fee and provided us the leftovers in an easy to take home box. Cannot thank the management team, the staff enough. Truly made our graduation party a great way to kickoff our summer.
BTW, My wife and I had dinner prior to the party in order to sample the food — we were not disappointed with anything we had. Oh, and the Chocolate Martinis — worth the indulgence :)
Five Stars for Food, Service, Décor (we loved the party setup of being outside/​inside) and an extra star for the chocolates!!!
