We brought Avi & Co my grandmothers engagement ring and asked to have the center stone reset. I honestly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect outcome than the finished product I received. The ring is stunning beyond words — not one thing I would change about the entire experience! Roman is extremely knowledgeable and very honest. He was so accommodating and went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect and what I wanted. I look forward to working with Avi & co again in the future!

Avi and co is amazing. Roman really knows how to take care of his clients. I know when I go there I will get the best service and selection. They reset my engagement ring and months later I am still receiving compliments, so I took my wedding band to him for adjustments as well resetting other family heirlooms. I know they also have a nice selection of watches.

Stopped off for 5 days in NY on a QM2 transatlantic trip, wanted something special for my wife’s 10th anniversary. After looking in a few shops, AVI & Co were perfect. From the moment we walked in the air of calm and relaxation allowed us to shop in confidence. Roman was polite & helpful but not pressing. He was also patient and knowledgeable, allowing my wife to try on 3 different sizes of diamond tennis necklaces many times to ascertain which suited my wife best. We bought the middle size, a 15ct necklace in confidence. The guys in the back office seemed friendly too. We were given the opportunity of returning if we ever wanted to upgrade jewellery in the future, something we appreciated.
